We only ship to the United States.
Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. If your order is not able to ship in that time frame we will notify you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are only given on damaged product AFTER you have called us about the problem and the order has been returned to us! If the product was damaged during shipping a claim must be filed with the parcel carrier.
All orders are inspected before shipping. If there is a problem with you order or it is damaged in shipping, contact us BY PHONE (e-mail can not be used for contacting us about damaged products) within 5 days of receiving your order. We must verbally approve the return before credit can be given. Return shipping charges ARE NOT refundable. Return shipping must have some sort of delivery confirmation, and the number provided to us through e-mail or over the phone, so you and we have proof it has been sent/delivered, or no refund can be given.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must call (e-mail can not be used for contacting us about canceling your order) us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations received after 24 hours may have already been shipped. We can not guarantee a refund for Cancellations received over 24 hours from time order was placed.
